Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
A $100 incidental deposit will be charged to a credit card at check-in. Funds are typically released back to the guest’s account within 3–8 business days, depending on the bank.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A security deposit of up to $200 will be held on the guest’s credit card upon arrival.
Cancellations and modifications depend on the hotel rate selected. Please check our rate policy for more information.
Guests will be required to present a valid credit card and government issued identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.
We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest room, deck, stairway, or balcony. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card.
The pet fee is $40/per pet per night. A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per room with a total limit of 50 lbs. Only dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted and they can’t be left alone in the room.
Transient Occupancy Tax of 14.34% is charged on the room rate only.
A late checkout fee of $50 will apply for any departures after the standard checkout time.
An early check-in fee of $50 will apply for any arrivals prior to the standard check-in time. Please contact the front desk to inquire about availability.

Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and Saturday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
