McClellan Business Park

The County of Sacramento selected McClellan Business Park, LLC, in 1999 to acquire and redevelop McClellan Air Force Base. McClellan Air Force Base was renamed McClellan Business Park (McClellan Park) in 2001. McClellan Park boasts a fully-operational airport, full-service hotel, fitness facility, rail system, office, industrial, retail and dormitories. The project consists of 3,000 acres with approximately 8.5 million square feet of useable buildings and 500 acres of developable land and is fully entitled for over 16 million square feet of commercial, retail, office and residential buildings.

Garden Pavilion

Located in Sacramento at McClellan Business Park, The Garden Pavilion blends more than 70 years of military service and history with today’s demanding business climate. Its philosophy embraces the creative re-use of the former Air Force Base facilities (NCO Club). Built in 1968, The Garden Pavilion has retained its historic ambiance while acquiring all of the modern amenities. The Garden Pavilion serves the Sacramento Region with more than 17,000 square feet of meeting, conference and banquet space. The Garden Pavilion is located approximately 10 miles northwest of Downtown Sacramento on the I-80 corridor, halfway between Lake Tahoe and San Francisco.

McClellan Jet Services

McClellan Airport is the most successful base conversion in the US and is home of the largest Fixed Base Operator (FBO) in the greater Sacramento region, one of the largest in Northern California. MJS is responsible for the aviation property management, leasing and marketing at McClellan and plays an integral role in the development of the airport.
