Chef John Carrier

O Club’s famous chef, John Carrier, was born and raised in the Sacramento Valley. He began his study of the culinary arts at the young age of 16. He has been lucky enough to apprentice under one of Sacramento's most notable chefs, Patrick Mulvaney.

Chef Carrier’s local upbringing is evident in his custom menus featuring local and seasonal ingredients. His philosophy is quality local ingredients will allow the food to speak for itself. He is glad to continue honing his craft at the Lions Gate Hotel and enjoys treating the guests to mouth-watering meals.
