Recently I and a bunch of friends were staying at the Lion's Gate to attend the National Summer Steamup (set up by Steam Events LLC). Several of us shared a house and since I was in charge of making the arrangements and organizing our stay and departure, when we were leaving I was so "scattered" that I forgot to bring home my favorite pillow. As soon as we returned home, I realized what I'd done. I called the hotel the next morning, and spoke with Housekeeping. The next day, she confirmed that my pillow had been found. I was telling her where I live (Fort Bragg, CA) in order to have it shipped back to me, when she said that she and her husband were vacationing here the next weekend! I offered to pay her instead of paying to ship it if she'd be so kind as to bring it with her. We exchanged contact info, and today I got my pillow back! I was very VERY happy to pay her instead of the shipping companies, but the sweetie wouldn't take any money for her trouble. What a kind person you have as an employee!

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you again, as well as to let management know what a great person they have working there!

Thank you so much for setting up the “Celebration of Life” for my mom, Lena Estrella on September 23rd, 2009. We had a very nice afternoon with family and friends. Please take a moment to “thank” Judy for us. She was one of our points of contact for our event and she was very helpful!
