Academic divisions of California State University, Sacramento include the College of Arts and Letters, College of Business Administration, College of Education, College of Engineering and Computer Science, College of Health and Human Services, College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, College of Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies, and the College of Continuing Education. There are 60 Undergraduate Degree Programs, and 40 Graduate Programs to prepare students for the career of their choice.

California State University, Sacramento supports 450 student-athletes who compete at the Division I level, and many of the athletic teams compete in the Big Sky Conference which includes teams from Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Scholarships are offered in all sports.
