Event Facility – The Garden Pavilion
The Garden Pavilion - North Campus - 5640 Dudley Boulevard
The Garden Pavilion entrance with its circular drive and
fountain is surrounded by over 400-parking spaces for attendee
convenience. The Garden Pavilion houses several conference
facilities including the Grand Ballroom and the Terrace Room.
The Grand Ballroom - located inside the Garden Pavilion,
the Grand Ballroom is handsomely decorated with an eye for
tradition. Seating up to 400 guests,
the Grand Ballroom also features a large patio and generous
natural light.
The Terrace Room - located inside the Garden Pavilion
Building, seats up to 150 guests with ample natural light.
Smaller groups enjoy the convenient location and quiet
atmosphere.
The Meeting Center - 5712 Dudley Blvd., located just north of
the Lions Gate Hotel
The Meeting Center is comprised of seven smaller meeting rooms
designed for workshops, breakouts and classroom functions. The
Center is located next to the Garden Pavilion and connected with
a private walkway for convenience to conference attendees.
